Teajutsu works hard to provide an excellent shopping and customer service experience, as well as top notch quality tea. If you aren't happy with us for any reason, please return or exchange any items in new and unused condition with original packaging within 90 days of purchase. Please note that items purchased through special promotion, sales, or clearance are final sales, and therefore not eligible for returns or exchange.
To Return a Product / Request a Refund / Report Damages
We're sorry this happened! We want to make sure that all problems are resolved in a timely fashion, so please Contact Us as soon as possible. We'll walk you through the process.
If your item has been opened, or compromised by damage:
We will still refund your purchase and accept a return, but there will be a 30% disposal fee withheld from your refund and we will not cover any other charges associated with the return or replacement of the product(s).
Return of full-priced, unopened items can be exchanged or refunded back to the original tender of credit card, or debit card.
Teajutsu is not responsible for lost or stolen products.
