Refunding a Cancelled Order:
If you cancelled an order before we had a chance to ship it out, no worries! Your account will be refunded the full amount. Some banks take awhile to process the refund, so be sure to give it at least 3 business days before you panic. If at that time you still don't see your refunded cash, go ahead and contact us!
Has your order already shipped? While this takes a few extra steps, don't sweat it. Just refuse the delivery and usps will deliver it right back to us!
Billing problems:
We do everything we can to make sure your total is clear and easy to understand, but if you're confused about any charges, please contact us.
Out of stock items:
All of our teas are blended fresh with every order. That's why processing takes a few days, but we do run out of supplies on occasion. If your favorite tea is out of stock, be sure to check back frequently!
Online Security:
We take security very seriously around here. Your information is kept secure both on and offline. We have been given an SSL certificate for a reason! Both incoming and outgoing data is encrypted. If you're uncomfortable entering your information into our electronic checkout for any reason, however, you can always submit an order by phone instead!

Accepted forms of Payment:
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept checks or money orders at this time.
Free shipping:
All orders within the US over $50 will receive free ground shipping. Unfortunately, this cannot be used on an order going to 2 or more separate addresses.
Shipping to multiple addresses:
Unfortunately, we can't do that just yet. It's for the best, either way since you can't get free ground shipping applied to an order that's going to multiple different places.
Tracking your shipments:
We'll upload a tracking number to your order history page once it is shipped. We'll also send you an e-mail with the tracking code, alerting you to it's departure!
